  My husbands side of the family has used this place for quite sometime. When his mother passed I had no idea what I was doing! They walked me through everything step by step, I would have been totally lost without them. They were very kind and understanding, giving me space when I needed it and came back in when I didn't exactly want it. Thank you Perenchief.

  THIS EVENING I CALLED TO ASK FOR THE TIME OF A SERVICE & WAS GREETED BY A VERY SARCASTIC GENTLEMAN. IN HIS OPINION IT WAS TOO LATE ON A SATURDAY EVENING TO ASK FOR THE TIME OF A SERVICE. I WONDER IF HE WAS ASKED TO MAKE FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR SOMEONE WHO HAD JUST PASSED AWAY IF THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN TREATED SO DISCOURTEOUS. I MUST SAY, NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD SUGGEST IF HE DOES NOT WISH TO TAKE CALLS AT CERTAIN HOURS, HE GET AN ANSWERING SERVICE TO SCREEN HIS CALLS.

  They were very compassionate towards the needs of my family and I during the loss of my grandmother, they went above and beyond the call of duty for us and even on short notice allowed for me to say my goodbyes. They did a wonderful job accommodating us with every step of the way.
